Exciting launch of the all-new TSAT employee awards

We’re launching our Service Award Scheme!

TSAT is underpinned by you, our team; your efforts reinforce our values, and your constant commitment supports our high standards and quality of the learning journeys our students take, when they join a Thinking School, and for that we truly thank all of you.

Every member of staff, whether with us for a year or 30 years, is talented, valued and noticed during their time with us.

Here at TSAT loyalty is genuinely having our, and our students’ best interests at heart, and for our longer standing team members, you have honoured that commitment year on year.

This new Service Award Scheme recognises and celebrates the immense value of long-term contributions, efforts and constant commitment to transforming the life chances of children.

Stuart Gardner, CEO of TSAT said; “Our Trust is made up of a diverse, supportive, extremely focused and totally committed team; which is why I’m thrilled that we have kick-started this initiative, to acknowledge and celebrate the incredible length of service some of our team members have achieved. I look forward to the future and to recognising more amazing contributions to transforming the lives of our students.”

The key milestones for recognition are five, 10, 15, and 25 years of continuous service with the Thinking Schools Academy Trust. The date is measured from when you joined your current school or our Trust, whichever date is earlier.

Headteachers and central team leads will be contacted directly with names of eligible employees.
