Contract: Fixed term for length of apprenticeship course 37 hours a week, term time only

We require an Administration and Reprographics Apprentice to join Holcombe Grammar School for Boys. The postholder will work in our school office supporting the team and ensuring that all school resources required by the teaching staff and management are prepared in time for class.

 

Responsibilities will include photocopying and distributing materials across the school, preparing and printing exam papers, ensuring that printers and photocopiers are adequately stocked, and other general administrative duties across the school.

 

You will be completing a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Services.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Good standard of literacy, numeracy and communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills and the ability to cope with interruptions
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Office administration experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent typing/PC skills to include Microsoft Office/Office 365
