As an organisation, we place a strong emphasis on continuing education and supporting our employees' professional development. Our employees have access to a variety of training options, including remote training, classroom learning, peer-to-peer learning such as shadowing and sharing best practices, accredited development programs, coaching and development from senior leaders, all of which are designed to meet the needs of our schools and develop our people.
We also have several leadership programmes to help our teaching and support staff at different stages of their careers, including our aspiring middle leaders programme and our senior leadership program.
One of the benefits of working for TSAT is that there are numerous opportunities to change jobs while remaining with the Trust.
