We are proud to be celebrating being awarded the prestigious "We Invest in People" and “We Invest in Wellbeing” accreditations.
Investors in People is an international standard for people management, offering accreditations to organisations that uphold best practice and the Investors in People Standard. Thinking Schools’ achieving both accreditations at the same time is outstanding, making them one of the first organisations to do so under the new Investors in People Framework.
This recognition highlights the Trust's commitment to cultivating a workplace culture grounded in principles and practices that empower individuals, fostering continuous improvement and wellbeing.
As evident in the assessment process, 73% of Thinking School staff agreed that they were encouraged to make use of their organisation’s health and wellbeing activities, from regular support received from managers to new and improved Wellbeing platforms providing a diverse range of resources.
With a dedication to serving diverse communities, the Thinking Schools Academy Trust said it endeavours to guarantee outstanding learning outcomes for every pupil within its network of academies. To achieve this vision, the Trust is determined in its efforts to expand and integrate collaborative learning and professional development opportunities for all members of the Trust.
