Mental Health Awareness Week


Following the amazing response to her sessions at the 2022 TSAT Conference, we are delighted to have Nina Bedwell, a Contemporary Psychotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Wellbeing Consultant, supporting our Mental Health Awareness Week activities.

Over the course of the week, Nina shared a variety of techniques to help manage and overcome feelings of anxiety through daily, pre-recorded sessions. The sessions covered the following topics:

• Monday: What is anxiety, and why do we experience it?

• Tuesday: Somatic techniques to manage anxiety

• Wednesday: Journaling to manage anxiety

• Thursday: Live Q&A at 5pm

• Friday:Tapping to manage anxiety
