From 3rd – 5th July, the Thinking Schools Academy Trust held our annual Leadership Conference. Headteachers, service leaders, directors and governors from across our Trust came together as one for this fantastic event, the theme of which was #WeAreTSAT.
The event offered a rare opportunity for leaders from our Kent, Portsmouth, Plymouth and Torbay Hubs to unite in the same space, to network, reflect and plan ahead. Leaders enjoyed a busy schedule of workshops, keynotes and training sessions, each giving the opportunity to develop our Trust’s strategic aims and work towards our common goal of transforming life chances for our young people.
This year’s Conference was sponsored by three of our most valuable suppliers: IRIS Software Group, PLMR and IMP Software.
IRIS Software Group is an industry leader in accountancy software and solutions, providing a variety of fantastic services and programmes. We have been clients of IRIS since our Trust was first formed, and often recommend their services to fellow MATs. PLMR is an award-winning public relations and communications agency that supports TSAT with crisis communications and makes sure our positive headlines hit the press. PLMR kindly provided funding for the conference room hire for this year’s Leadership Conference.
