We are pleased to announce the permanent appointment of Lee Miller MBE as our Chief Executive Officer, alongside the confirmation of our permanent Deputy Chief Executives Michelle Smith and Jay Davenport, providing continuity and stability as we enter an exciting new chapter at Thinking Schools Academy Trust.
All three are experienced leaders, providing expertise, continuity and stability as the Trust enters its next phase of development. Lee Miller has been part of the organisation for more than 12 years, including 10 years as Deputy CEO. Similarly, Jay Davenport and Michelle Smith are deeply embedded in the Trust and its communities, with a strong track record of school improvement.
